This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how PawSpot ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information in connection with our mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
The App is intended solely for use by professional safari guides, tour operators, conservancy staff, and wildlife management personnel in the course of their professional duties. Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under 18 years of age.
User accounts are provisioned by the Company based on information provided by your employer or contracting organization. Such information may include name, email address, telephone number, and assigned park access permissions.
The App collects precise device location data when you submit wildlife sightings or reports. Location data is stored in association with user-submitted content. The App does not collect continuous location tracking or background location data.
We collect information you voluntarily submit through the App, including but not limited to wildlife sighting coordinates, species identification, behavioral observations, timestamps, photographic content, and accompanying notes or descriptions.
We may automatically collect certain technical information for operational purposes, including device identifiers and operating system version.
